These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NovaTech Rental website and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Acceptance of terms

By using NovaTech Rental, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

Listings

Agencies and authorised users may publish property listings through the Services. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of any listing content you submit, including descriptions, prices, availability and images. You must hold all necessary rights to the content you publish and must not post content that is misleading, fraudulent, infringing or otherwise unlawful. We may review, edit or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Payments

Where the Services include paid features, applicable fees, billing cycles and payment terms will be presented to you before purchase. You authorise us, or our payment processors, to charge the payment method you provide. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of paid features.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with normal operation, scraping data without permission, transmitting malware, or using the Services to harass, defraud or harm others. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations.

Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. NovaTech Rental acts as a platform that connects users with agencies and is not a party to any transaction between them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or for operational, legal or security reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which NovaTech Rental operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
